  1. The copyright in each article belongs to the author.
  2. Authors retain all their rights to the published work, including but not limited to the rights set forth in this page.
  3. The author acknowledges that the Journal of Nourmative Legal Research (JNLR) is the first to publish under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license (CC BY-SA).
  4. The author may include the article separately, arrange the non-exclusive distribution of the manuscript that has been published in this journal into another version (e.g., sent to the author's institution repository, publication in the book, etc.), by acknowledging that the manuscript has been first published in the Journal of Nourmative Legal Research (JNLR);
