Welcome to the official website of the Journal of Normative Legal Research. In the spirit of further proliferation of knowledge on the legal in Indonesia to the wider community, this website provides journal articles that can be downloaded for free. Journal of Normative Legal Research is part of Gounesia Law Research and a scientific periodical published by CV. Gounesia Utama Raya Publishers, which contains various research results in the field of law, analysis of actual case studies, or ideas related to actual law in the Southeast Asian region with legal comparisons in the world. Journal of Normative Legal Research was established in 2024. Scientific periodicals are intended as a means of scientific communication and a means of fostering, developing, and stabilizing knowledge in the field of law. Academics, legal practitioners, or anyone interested in the field of law can send their manuscripts to the editor by following the writing guidelines. The study focuses on certain fields of law, such as Land Law Reform; Industrial Law; Customary Law; Legal Philosophy; Basic Law; Criminal Law; Criminal Policy; Legal Theory; Legal Comparison; Corporate Law; Financial Law; Cyber Crime; Intellectual Property Law (HAKI); Trade Law; Environmental Law; Consumer Protection; Human Rights; Constitutional Law and State Administration Law; Air and Space Law; Customary Law; Religious Jurisprudence; International Regime Law; and issues of Legal Pluralism in Governance in Southeast Asia. Legal researchers interested in legal issues in Southeast Asia are encouraged to contribute articles based on current research with comparative law in the world.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Authors should submit only papers that have been carefully proofread and polished. Manuscripts are accepted with the understanding that they are an original or extended version of previously published papers in conferences and/or journals and that, if the work received an official sponsorship, it has been duly released for open publication. Before submission please make sure that your paper is prepared using the Manuscript Template. The authors must refer to Journal of Normative Legal Research for writing format and style (Please download and use as the Manuscript Template for an initial manuscript submission). This will ensure fast processing and publication. Any papers not fulfilling the requirements based on Authors Guidelines and Peer-Review-Process or using a different format, will not be processed/ rejected by the editors before further review (revision). The editor will only accept manuscripts that comply with the format specifications.

The author must ensure that the author has written the original work fully if the author has used the work and/or words of others who have been quoted correctly, and if found indications of plagiarism (above 20%) in the text, the Journal of Normative Legal Research automatically has the right to reject manuscript by the editors.  Journal of Normative Legal Research strongly recommends, too, an important part of the manuscript before it is published. The author also appreciates writing in Journal of Normative Legal Research about publications, duplicates, or excessive fraud.

Journal of Normative Legal Research only accepts manuscripts through Online Submissions made using the Open Journal System. Journal of Normative Legal Research absolutely does NOT accept manuscript submissions via email.

Please don´t forget to tick the author when you make a registration. Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.

The LoA is issued in the form of a paper notification that is accepted at the initial stage, i.e. the manuscript queue and the LoA will be issued again once the journal is accepted for publication.
